Gerard Cruzs Aranda, 56, a resident of Peel, Arkansas passed from this life on March 31, 2017 in a local hospital.

Mr. Aranda will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather. Gerard was a kind and dependable man who never met a stranger. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycle.

Gerard is predeceased by his parents Rudy and Florence Aranda and his sister, Margaret Balmar.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Janet Thomas Aranda, daughter, Maurissa Warrner of Maine, Alexis Havens and husband Chris of Michigan, and Amanda Pugh and husband Nickolas of Moss Bluff, brother, Rudy Aranda, Jr., sister, Linda Well , and four grandchildren: Austin Pugh, Abigail Pugh, Joseph Havens, and Annalise Pugh.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 10 AM until 1 PM in the chapel of Lakeside Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1 PM. Cremation has been entrusted to Lakeside Funeral Home.
