Michael Anthony Manuel

Born October 29, 1965---- Death July 30, 2016

Mike was the youngest of eight children, he understood at an early age that his survival in life was his own responsibility. Mike wasn't book smart but his common sense and work ethic and his ability to adapt to any situation gave his the strength and courage in his journey through life. Mike never placed any expectations on people he met or on his family. Mike was the type of person that never met a stranger. All types of people received equal respect, not saying mike wouldn't give his opinion. If you received one of Mike's firm hand shakes you could feel how genuine he was in greeting you.There was not a woman that Mike came in contact with that he wouldn't try to charm and compliment her in to believing he was her knight in shining armor, didn't matter what job title she had from the top level office worker to the woman sitting next to him in the waiting room. Mike had no lack of self confidence. He had no worry of how people judged him. Mike was a unique soul placed on this earth to bring joy, in his own strange way. To all the people that befriended Mike no matter his appearance, his addiction, him being a nuisance sometimes. I thank you for watching out fro him and acknowledging Mike had a good heart and was a decent individual. To all his family and friends that will miss him, know now that he is all that he could have been riding his golden chariot on heavens golden roads.

Preceded un death by mother Mary Alice Dawes, father, Ed Sr., brother, Ed Jr., sisters Abigail Adams and Whilhemina Sherman.

Michael is survived by his sisters, Joyce Reed and Rebeca Hagar, brothers, Thomas Manuel and Edgar Manuel, wife, Joyce Manuel, son, Justin Manuel, and two grandchildren, Braydon O'Quain and Kyra Manuel.
