Obituary for Lincoln Marvel Chase
Lincoln Marvel Chase, 2, a resident of Lake Charles, leapt into the arms of Jesus on October 10, 2021.
The most precious memories of Lincoln will include her adventurous, bold, brave spirit, unique laugh, and loving personality. She was an astonishingly beautiful child inside and out. She loved playing with her puppies, swinging with Paw Paw in the backyard, eating butter toast and baby marshmallows, and drinking coffee milk with Maw Maw. True to her namesake, “Marvel,” she was truly a wonderful and astonishing child.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Doris McBride, Betty Jo Wilks, and MaryAnn “G-Money” Fruge.
Lincoln leaves to cherish her precious memory her loving parents Jarret and Jackie Chase, sisters; Taylor Chase, Kennedy Chase, Loxley Chase, grandparents; Leo and JoAnn Fontenot, Kenneth McBride, James Wimberly, and Karen Fruge, aunts; Jamie “Honey” Fontenot and Cheri Chase, uncles; Clayton Lee Fontenot and wife Miranda, Joshua Wimberly, Jacob Wimberly, and Samuel Dupuis and a host of cousins and great aunts and great uncles.
The Family will receive friends at Livingway Pentecostal Church in Lake Charles on Thursday, October 14, 2021, from 10:00 AM until time of service at 1:30 PM. Pastor Brent Keating is to officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
