Ronald Del Steiner
Ronald Del Steiner, 50, a resident of both Sulphur and Lake Charles passed from this life on January 9, 2019 in a local hospital.

Ronnie as he was affectionately known was a loving husband, brother, son, uncle, and friend. He was an avid outdoorsman and loving to fish and hunt. Ronnie was tenacious, strong willed, and a person of strong faith. After his debilitating accident in his youth, Ronnie refused to be stopped and never allowed anything get in the way of what he wanted.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Steiner.

Ronnie leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife and friend, Vickie Ellis Steiner of Sulphur, parents, James R. Baker and Sandra Rose Baker of Lake Charles, sister, Sherry Bourque of Lake Charles, his two nieces, Hannah Bourque and Maggie Wiley, two great nieces, Sophia and Ember Wiley, great nephew, Connor Bourque, one uncle, Jerry N. Baker and wife Becky of Lake Charles, one aunt, Joann Baker and his loving K-9 Companion, Penny.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM in the chapel of Lakeside Funeral Home on Sunday, January 13, 2019. A celebration of Ronnie’s life will be held at 2:00 PM.
