Michael Lee Combs, 70, a resident of Westlake, LA and native of Ponca City, OK passed from this life on October 2, 2018 in a local hospital.
Mike as he was commonly known served his country with honor in the United States Airforce during the Vietnam War. After his discharge, he was a welding inspector and worked several very large companies. In his spare time he loved watching NASCAR and fishing with his wife Dee Dee.
He is predeceased by his parents Carl and Ladeama Combs.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Exine “Dee Dee” D’Anna Combs of Westlake, sons, Michael M. Combs of Ponca City, OK, Eric Combs and wife Christa of Dallas, TX, and Joseph “Joey” Ferguson of Westlake, LA, grandchildren, Trance and Gage Ferguson and granddaughter Olivia Combs, brothers, Pat and Don Combs both of Ponca City, OK, in-laws Sammy and Sally Henson of Westlake and two cats, Mason and Greyson.

Mr. Combs’ cremation has been entrusted to Lakeside Funeral Home of Lake Charles. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, October 13, 2018 in the sanctuary of Bellview Baptist Church located at 507 John Stine Road, Westlake, LA 70669.
