Richard D. Dodd, 67, passed from this life onto his enteral reward on February 12, 2017 in a local hospital. Although our loved one was taken from us so unexpectedly, we rejoice in knowing he is with his Lord and Savior. Richard was a CPA in Arizona for over 40 years retiring in Lake Charles six years ago.

He is predeceased by his father, William, mother Danna, brother, Roger and his dog Zoe Pearl.

Richard is survived by his wife, Pat Pennisson Dodd, son, Richard Blake, daughter, Jillian Suarez and husband Anthony, son Matthew Dodd and wife Cameron. He had seven grandchildren. Richard also leaved behind his in-laws, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and his dog Ruby.

Mr. Dodd’s cremation has been entrusted to Lakeside Funeral Home.
