Condolence: To the family of William East, if there was a button that could be pushed to eliminate all the hurt you are now going through, that button would be pushed a million times for you and your family. Mr. William was so loved by all of us at City Hall in Vinton. He always had a smile on his face when we saw him. Many times we did not know he was hurting, because he acted like everything was always good with him. I am thankful I was blessed to have him in my life, while he worked with us. I will never forget Mr. William and his sweet smile. He will be sorely missed by all of us. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers.
