Ella Mary Douget, 67, a resident of Sulphur, LA passed from this life on October 7, 2018 in a local nursing facility.

Ella enjoyed being in the outdoors and drinking coffee in the dinning room and playing bingo with her friends.

She is predeceased by her parents, Philo and Alice Meaux East and her siblings Irene Kershaw, Rena Landry, Letha Hebert, Norman East, Raymond East, Roy East, Ray East, and Morris East.

Ella leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Alton East and wife Susan, Eddie Douget and wife Dawn, and Pat Douget and wife Heidi, daughters, Alicia Marcel and husband Jude, April Moore, and Rebecca Dock, sixteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three sisters, Rosemae Clostio, Lena Mae East, and Florence Carroll and husband Larry, and a brother Norris East.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of LaSalette and burial will follow at Farqua Cemetery in Sulphur at a time to be announced. Mrs. Douget’s cremation has been entrusted to Lakeside Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
