Althea Rae Roberts, 74, of Oklahoma City passed away at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 19, 2018 at a local hospital. Ms. Roberts was born on October 20, 1943 and was a native of Lake Charles. Althea was retired as a compliance officer for a financial institution.

Mrs. Roberts is preceded in death by her father Hulbert Bryan Peters and mother Elizabeth Josephine Granger Ardoin, sister Patricia Melancon, and an infant sister.

Survivors include two daughters, Robin Diane Roberts and Dhana Denise Anderson and husband James Anderson, nine grandchildren, Eyvonne Lynne Keau, Jason Nicholas Edward Cadiz, Edward Rocendo Cadiz, Melissa Alohilani Propios, Matthew Christopher Edward Cadiz, Philip Myers, Jamie Crum, Scott Noble Anderson, James Gordon Anderson, seven great-grandchildren, sisters Gail Lambert and Shelly Ardoin, and one brother Mark Ardoin.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Sallier Cemetery in Lake Charles, LA.
