Obituary for Edward Boze

Edward Joseph Boze, Jr, 65, a resident of Starks, LA passed from this life on June 27, 2018 in a local hospital.

Ed as he was known was a loving husband, father, and brother. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He was extremely generous and was willing to help anyone at any time. Ed was a patriot and served in the United States Navy and the Army National Guard.

Mr. Boze is predeceased by his parents, Edward Joseph Boze, Sr. and Mary Katherine Boze, sister, Betty Jo Dyer, and brothers, Chester Ashworth, and A.J. Ashworth.

Ed leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 28 years, Linda Joyce Boze, daughters; Falisha VanTassel and husband Jonathan, Patrice Boze, Sondra Hacker and husband Charles, one son; John Wiggins, III, grandchildren: Renee, Vanessa, Jonathan, Deanna, Diego, Elaina, Calissa, Maria, and Rosa, sisters; Beverly Autry, Sharon Vickery, Virginia Paige, Veronica Hill, Vickie Smith, and Chrissie Sea, brothers; Lloyd Ashworth, Ken Boze, and Dave Epperly, his best friend Mark Ward, and a host of nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Ed’s wishes his cremation has been entrusted to Lakeside Funeral Home.
