It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Hilda Louise LeBlanc Ezell announces her passing from this life on October 15, 2017 at age 70.

Hilda was born November 27, 1946 to Dudley J. LeBlanc and Mary May LeBlanc and lived her entire life in Lake Charles, LA. She worked many years and loved her job as a caregiver, caring for elderly and giving them comfort in their times of need. She was an avid bowler and rarely missed her Friday Night League Games. She enjoyed traveling and meeting new people. She made new friends wherever she traveled and could always leave them with a smile. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves behind her devoted husband of 26 years, Robert P. Ezell; her loving children, Charlene Desormeaux Kraemer, Charles Desormeaux, Jr., Chad Desormeaux, Robbie Ezell, and Brandy Butts. She was blessed with nine beautiful grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family on, Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 4 PM until 9 PM in the chapel of Lakeside Funeral Home. A rosary will be prayed at 7 PM. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 8 AM until the time of service. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 in the chapel of Lakeside Funeral Home. Rev. Francis LaRocque is to officiate. Burial will follow in Prien Memorial park.
