Wilma Jean Thomas a resident of Lake Charles passed from this life onto her eternal reward on September 8, 2017 at a local hospital.
Wilma was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Wilma will be remembered as a kind loving, gentle generous soul who was a fighter and an extremely resilient person who fought to the very end. She was a property manager for a number of years with Multi-Family Management Incorporated. She loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
She is predeceased by her parents; Willie Dixon and Henrietta Webster; brothers, James Hillman and Willie D. Webster; sisters, Dorothy Bond and Jannie Mae Jones.
Wilma leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Keshia Thomas of Lake Charles, son; Carey Webster of Nashville, TN, one grandson; Carey Webster “ C.J.” and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Wilma's life will he held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 10 AM in the sanctuary of New Life Church International 3000 E. Gauthier Rd. Lake Charles, LA 70607. Cremation has been entrusted to Lakeside Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
