Obituary for Brianna Pearl Vallier

Brianna Pearl Vallier, 21, a native of Lake Charles passed from this life on February 1, 2017 at her residence in Baton Rouge.

Brianna will be remembered as a strong, wonderful, loving daughter, sister, and friend. She was an amazing soldier in the United States Army National Guard. She greeted everyone with a smile and wore her smile even when life was at its worst.

She is predeceased by her mother, Chantel Semien Vallier, grandparents Herbert and Dorothy Boutte Vallier, Paul Semien, and Great Grand Mother Pearly Gobert, uncles David Vallier and Michael Gradney and aunt Rosalind Vallier.

Ms. Vallier leaves to cherish her memory her loving father, Kevin James Vallier and wife Gina Richard, three brothers, Devin Vallier, Chad Richard, and Alex Richard, three sisters, Syntel Vallier Noviello and her husband Jonathon, Cinnamon Citrowski, and Isabella Vallier, her grandmother, Betty Gobert, her uncles: Herbert Vallier, Jr., and wife Maria, Rickey Vallier, Brian Vallier and wife Brenda, and Steven Vallier, her aunts: Shrilda Ann Bailey and husband Michael, Denelle Gradney, nephew, Chad Richard, Jr., and a host of cousins, and brothers and sisters in uniform.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family on February 10, 2017 in the chapel of Lakeside Funeral Home from 6 PM until 9 PM. A rosary will be prayed at 7 PM. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 AM until 12:15 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 PM at St. Henry’s Catholic. Rev. Jeffrey Starkovich is to officiate. Burial will follow with Military honors at Consolata Cemetery .
