Helen MarieTheriot, 76, a resident of Lake Charles passed from this life on November 4, 2016 in a local care facility.

Mrs. Theriot was a retired dietician with the Cameron Parish School Board. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. In her retired years she loved cooking for her family, gardening and flowers, spending time with her grandchildren, and bingo at the Senior Center.

She is predeceased by her husband Banjo Theriot and parents Mann East and Cecile Labove East.

Helen leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Donna Granger and her husband David of Grand Lake, two sons, Tony Theriot and wife Cindy of Sweet Lake, and Michael Theriot and wife Angela of Grand Lake, one brother, D.J. East, two sisters, Carrie Hewitt and husband Bobby, and Catherine Simon, and three grandchildren, Dillion Granger, Julie Theriot, and Alanah Theriot.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Clint Hewitt, Darren East, Russell Savoie, Kevin Savoie, John Perez, and Carlos Perez.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family on Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 3 PM until 9 PM. A rosary will be prayed at 6 PM. Visitation will continue on Monday from 8 AM until time of service.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 AM on Monday November 7, 2016 at Christ the King Catholic Church. Monsignor James Gaddy is to officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
