June Marie Meche Key, born June 22, 1936 passed away on Thursday June 9, 2016 in Jennings, LA, at the age of 79 years old.
Mrs. Key was born and raised in Welsh, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years Roland Ross Key I. She was a member of the Gateway Church in Moss Bluff. She retired from Burger King and was a volunteer at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Her favorite past time was interacting with everyone she came across and making new friends who adored her very much.
Mrs. Key is survived by 5 sons, Christian Key and wife Lily of Houston, TX, Scott Key and wife June of Westlake, LA, Troy Key and wife Kathy of Ocean Springs, MS, Tab Key and wife Debra of Justin, TX and Ross Key and wife Belinda of Lake Charles, LA. June is also survived by multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.
June was loved by many and will be dearly missed. At the request of Mrs. Key, no service will be held.
