William Brian East, 56, of Sulphur died peacefully on October 29, 2013 surrounded by his family.

William was a mechanic for the town of Vinton for over 10 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved woodworking and being a mechanic. William will be long remembered for his willingness to help other and give until it hurt.

William leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 30 years, Sarah Guillory East, sons; Eric East of Vinton, and George Allen Jr. of Sacramento, CA. two daughters; Tiffany Allen of Lake Charles, and Krystal East of Vinton, one brother Joe East of Sulphur, and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents E.J. East and Lola Oaks and one brother Leonard East.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 6:00 PM in the chapel of Lakeside Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM until time of service.
